REFUND POLICY

Customers satisfaction is our utmost priority. We always carefully check all of our products quality before deliver to our customers.

Please select your purchase items carefully, as once a product has been paid for, you will not be eligible for refund or exchange except if the product you’ve purchased has damages or defects. You may return defected items within three (3) working days upon received.

The defects of the products including holes, discoloration, unremovable stains and size issues. However minor stitching faulty, loose threads and removable stains are not considered as defects. The product(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the tag/label still attached and in the original packaging. This policy is applicable to ALL items on our sites.

Customers are advised to email us first at [email protected] or Whatsapp us at +6014 7692990 with your #ORDER ID and product details before returning the product.

Any products returned must abide the terms mentioned above. Returns due to creases from shipping will not be accepted. Should the product returned to us in unsuitable condition, we reserved the right to refuse the return and the product will be send back to you. 

Refund process may take up to seven (7) working days upon items well received. All shipping cost are borne by customer and we are not liable until item reaches us.

However, if you wish to change the products purchased before shipping, please contact us via Whatsapp or email within 24 hours upon purchase made.
 
 
 

1. How do I return a product?
 You may return the product within three (3) days of parcel received and make sure the product abides the return/exchange policy terms. Kindly email [email protected] or WhatsApp +6014 7692990 and provide us with your #ORDER ID, product details and reason of returning together with pictures of damage/defects of the items. We will reply you either it is acceptable to refund/exchange the items within 24 hours and please provide us tracking number once the item(s) has been shipped to us.

2. Delivery charges.
 For any exchange request, RM10 will be charged for new delivery. For returns, RM6 will be charged upon total amount refunded.

3. How do I know my returned item has been received?
 We will notify you as soon as we receive your returning parcel and your return request will be processed accordingly.

4. How long will my return/refund be processed?
 All exchange/refund request will be processed within seven(7) working days upon parcel received while for exchange item(s)

5. Can I exchange items purchased to other item?
 Items purchased cannot be exchanged unless the item has defects, and only can be exchanged to same or higher price items only.

6. I received incorrect refund or replacement item, what should I do?
